Phan Coffee Co. was founded by Wayne Phan, Brian Phan, and Tin Phan, three Vietnamese-Americans united by a shared passion for coffee, culture, and connection.
Our mission is simple: to share the rich heritage of Vietnamese coffee with the world while bringing people together through a love of exceptional coffee.

As Vietnamese-American co-founders, our story is rooted in service, education, resilience, and more than two decades of hands-on business experience. Our family journey began in the shadow of the Vietnam War and continued as refugees building a new future in the United States, shaped by military service, MBA-level business training, executive leadership in technology, entrepreneurial ventures, years inside financial institutions, and deep experience across Asia's supply chains. That work eventually brought us back to Vietnam's Central Highlands, where Phan Coffee Co. now sources its beans. Together, we bring operational rigor, cultural pride, and a genuine love of coffee to our mission: honoring both Vietnam and the United States, connecting the best of both cultures through coffee, introducing the world to the remarkable coffee Vietnam has to offer, and giving back through worthy causes in both countries.
